KAISER WILHELM II CROWNED CYPHER STICKPIN
This is an interesting patriotic stickpin that bears Kaiser Wilhelm II’s crowned royal cypher. It appears to be a Husaren-Regiment Attila’s concave, silver-toned rosette button to which Kaiser Wilhelm II’s crowned cypher has been attached. It is NOT the actual button, just something that looks like it. It is very well made. Its pin is knurled. It sports a striking frosted silver finish.
This is a fine Hamburg Field Badge stickpin. The decoration was awarded in the 1930’s to Hamburg and other states’ WW I veterans. The miniature on the stickpin exhibits a German soldier who is marching home after the war’s end. The cross’s enameled arms are in fine shape, as is the rest of the stickpin.
