Jim Turinetti has published some new reference works about Imperial German Period Headdresses. In addition to his original Field Guide to Imperial German (1888-1914) Headgear and a 2013 edition of his excellent Imperial German Headgear pricing guide, Jim now offers a collecting guide for 1914 German Army headgear, a book on the Grenadiermützen (mitres), another about Imperial German Army mützen (soft caps), a more extensive book concerning the Kaiser's Hussars in WW I, and a study of the Imperial German Army's Reserve/Landwehr Kreuz (cross). Check out all seven (7) of Jim's books on our IMPERIAL GERMAN HEADDRESS NR. 3 MERCHANDISE PAGE, (click here to
see).

Coming Soon!!
We will soon have a totally new website. As many of you may know, we have been on the Internet since 1996. As a
pioneer on the Web, we have seen huge changes -- not only in the Internet and how it
has come to be used, but in websites' designs and directions. We are in the
midst of a complete overhaul of our website. I cannot begin
to tell you about the
many changes that will be coming.
While we will be changing, please remember that the same dedicated people are here to serve you. Our number one goal remains as the same: To offer you the best possible items from the Imperial German Period. That means in the best possible condition and, even more important, completely authentic items.
We want to do so in the most efficient and friendly manner. This extends to our packing department! We pay extra-special attention to the packing of your items to insure you receive it safely, whether it goes across town or around the world.
We thank you for your kind patronage. Please standby for some really neat changes!

This Page designed and maintained by Katzenmutti.
Watch this space for a rotating gallery of the seven feline representatives of Der Rittmeister Militaria.
Currently appearing: Der Rittmeister Militaria is happy to feature Lucu, a cat from Indonesia, who now lives with
his owner in the USA, now. He is 4 1/2 years old and is a cross between a Bengal and a Jakarta alley cat.
He shares the house with another former Indonesian kitty named You, who is now 18 years old. Unfortunately,
her owner does not have a picture of her. He assures us that she is the empress of the household, getting
daily brushes, rubs and roast chicken! Lucky kitties.
Lucu, whose name is Indonesian for Joker (it is pronounced Luchu)
We welcome correspondence from other feline customers in Boink's memory.
We will be happy
to showcase those cats or other pets who
send in their
pictures to the humans at Der Rittmeister Militaria
for posting in this space!
